- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, Computer Vision, or related AI domains.
- Proven experience researching, adapting, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Solid expertise in designing and implementing LLM-powered applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience building APIs, automation frameworks, and workflows for processing multimodal data.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and project ownership capabilities.
