Job Description
You will build and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance search functionality and support agent workflows. This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate tools using Coveo, Cognigy, LLM, and generative AI to improve user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve full-stack applications within an Azure Cloud environment.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and customer support teams to implement feedback.
- Apply modern engineering practices and stay current with trends in search integration and AI.
- Ensure high-traffic websites scale effectively in a full-stack environment.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience engineering large-scale commercial applications and web services.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Coveo and AI technologies including LLM and generative AI.
- Working knowledge of Redis and MongoDB.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
