Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Science & Analytics Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver practical, project-based training programs for university and college students across domains including Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML. The ideal candidate believes strongly in a hands-on, outcome-driven teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training sessions in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML for university-level students.
Develop hands-on curriculum with real-world datasets, case studies, and project-based assignments.
Conduct workshops and bootcamps in collaboration with universities and colleges across India.
Mentor students through end-to-end data projects — from data collection and cleaning to insights and presentation.
Create and maintain high-quality training materials, slides, notebooks, and assessments.
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate the latest tools and techniques into course content.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Coordinate with the academic team to align training content with industry
requirements
and placement goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (mandatory minimum).
Master's degree or MBA in Data Science, Business Analytics, or AI is strongly preferred.
Hands-on industry or project experience in Data Analytics / Data Science is highly valued over academic credentials alone.
Proficiency in Power BI — dashboard creation, DAX, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Generative AI and data modelling .
Advanced Excel skills — formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Working knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
Tableau, Google Data Studio, or other BI tools knowledge is an added advantage.
