: Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. • • Experience: 8+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing innovative AI/ML models. • • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Python or Java for data analysis. Expert skills in SQL and data mining techniques. • • ML Expertise: Deep experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. • • Analytical Mindset: Ability to handle unstructured data and apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses. • • Communication: Strong ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.
