Data Scientist (Databricks)

Got a knack for turning messy data into models that actually move business metrics? We're looking for a Data Scientist with strong hands-on Databricks experience to join our team and help build ML solutions that power real decisions. Roles &

● Design, build, and deploy ML models to solve real business problems ● Work end-to-end on Databricks — data ingestion, prep, model training & deployment ● Perform EDA and statistical analysis to uncover patterns and insights ● Engineer features and build pipelines for structured & unstructured data ● Build and optimize PySpark/Spark-based workflows for large-scale data processing ● Monitor deployed models for drift, performance, and accuracy ● Partner with data engineering & product teams to define problems and success metrics ● Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and actionably What You Bring ● 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning ● Hands-on experience with Databricks is a must ● Strong Python & SQL skills ● Solid grounding in statistics, EDA, and feature engineering ● Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing ● Exposure to ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, model versioning, monitoring) ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite team environment If you are interested please share your cv at chetna.motwani@iratechnologies.com & ridhi.rawal@iratechnologies.com
