AI/ML Lead (7+ Years Experience | Immediate Joiner | Hyderabad Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in building and deploying production-grade machine learning and Generative AI systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and MLOps practices. You will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, real-world applications.

AI/ML System Design: • Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → training → evaluation → deployment) • Build LLM-based solutions using advanced prompting strategies, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows • Define scalable architecture patterns for ML and GenAI applications Model Development & Optimization: • Perform data analysis, quality benchmarking, lineage detection, and dataset curation • Handle data ingestion into vector databases • Develop statistical models with proper training, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning • Fine-tune LLMs for specific use cases and optimize prompts • Evaluate and select suitable models (open-source or proprietary) • Collaborate with data teams for feature engineering and dataset readiness MLOps & Deployment: • Implement MLOps best practices including: • Model versioning • Experiment tracking • Monitoring & retraining pipelines • Prompt versioning • Drift detection • Token cost optimization • Deploy models in production (API-based, batch, or streaming systems) • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems Platform & Integration: • Integrate AI solutions with existing microservices and backend systems • Work with vector databases, caching mechanisms, and APIs for GenAI applications • Ensure security, governance, and compliance in AI deployments Collaboration & Leadership: • Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business
