Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
- Lead AI projects from problem definition through production deployment
- Conduct advanced research on AI/ML techniques and evaluate their applicability
- Perform complex data analysis and develop innovative feature engineering approaches
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and production readiness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Implement MLOps practices for model monitoring and continuous improvement
- Author technical documentation and share knowledge through presentations
- Mentor Associate-level team members and support their development
- Stay current with state-of-the-art AI research and industry developments
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and regulations
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field
0-12 years of experience in AI/ML development and deploymentStrong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architecturesExperience with the full ML lifecycle from data to productionProficiency in data analysis and statistical modelingExperience with cloud AI platforms and servicesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and lead project initiativesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or PhD in AI/ML-related field
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
- Published research or conference presentations
- Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures
- Track record of deploying AI solutions at scale
- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
