AI/ML Lead Engineer – Generative AI & AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for real-world business applications.
• Develop LLM-powered applications using LangChain, RAG architectures, and modern AI frameworks.
• Build and optimize machine learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation use cases.
• Develop data pipelines for processing structured and unstructured datasets.
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance tuning.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML solutions on AWS cloud platforms.
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. Core Technical Competencies
