Job Description
About the role
We are hiring an AI Engineer to design and ship AI applications for large enterprises. Moring helps regulated organizations, financial services and other compliance-heavy industries, move from AI experiments to AI that runs in production. You will build the agents, integrations, and applications that put that AI to work. This is a hands-on building role. You will take enterprise problems from idea to a working, reliable product, designing solutions on top of modern LLMs, integrating with the systems our customers already run, and getting them live. Because our customers operate in regulated environments, you will build with reliability, security, and accountability in mind from the start. We move fast and we ship into real customer environments, not slide-ware. What will you do • Build enterprise AI applications. Design and ship AI-powered products and agents that solve real problems for enterprise customers, from prototype through production. • Put LLMs to work. Build on top of modern LLMs and agent frameworks, orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, to deliver results customers can trust. • Integrate with customer systems. Connect AI solutions to the data, APIs, and workflows enterprises already depend on, and get them running in the customer’s environment. • Own delivery end to end. Take ownership of features from design to deployment, working directly with customers and the founding team to ship quickly and iterate. • Build for reliability and trust. Bake in the testing, monitoring, and safeguards that enterprise and regulated buyers require, so what you ship holds up in production. • Measure impact. Instrument your work so its value is clear, and turn what works into repeatable, scalable solutions. What we’re looking for You don’t need to check every box. We care most about strong engineering fundamentals paired with real experience building with AI. • 2–5 years of software engineering experience shipping production applications. • Hands-on AI/LLM experience - you’ve built applications or agents on top of LLM APIs, not just experimented with a chatbot. • Strong coding ability in one or more of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go, with solid grounding in APIs, data, and cloud. • A product and customer mindset - you care about solving the user’s problem, not just the technical task. • A bias toward shipping - you would rather get a working solution in front of a customer this week than perfect a design next quarter. • Clear written English and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.
