About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Data Engineer to join our growing AI team in Chennai. In this role, you will design and build enterprise-scale Product Intelligence platforms that leverage Machine Learning, Semantic Search, Entity Resolution, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to solve complex product matching and master data challenges across millions of records. If you're passionate about building production-grade AI systems, scalable retrieval architectures, and intelligent data platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-scale Entity Resolution and Product Matching platforms.
- Build AI-powered Semantic Search solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and ANN indexing.
- Develop ranking, scoring, and confidence calibration frameworks.
- Create multimodal AI solutions for image-based product matching and attribute extraction.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent product enrichment.
- Develop Human-in-the-Loop review workflows and Active Learning pipelines.
