Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experience and motivated Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will drive the design, development and deployment of AI/ML solutions, lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge technologies.

: • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and researchers. • Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers). • Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment. • Work with large-scale datasets to develop, fine-tune, and evaluate models. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications. • Stay current with the latest research, tools, and trends in AI/ML, and recommend adoption where applicable. • Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices in AI model development. • Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible AI development.
