Machine Learning Engineer Medical Coding Automation

As a Machine Learning Engineer at OlleyaHealth, you will: Develop and deploy machine learning models for CPT and ICD prediction, audit risk scoring, and claims validation. Build and maintain data pipelines that support supervised and semi-supervised learning from clinical documentation, claims data, and EHR system outputs. Work closely with our coding and revenue cycle teams to align model outputs with audit and billing standards. Contribute to explainable AI (XAI) features, improving model transparency for coders, auditors, and compliance teams. Integrate and test models in production environments using Python, MLflow, FastAPI, and cloud-native tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Docker, Airflow).
