Senior NLP & Platform Engineer

: - Build a domain-specific 4-gram KenLM from a large corpus of legal text - Fine-tune the DeBERTa-v3-base model for dialogue act classification (QUESTION/ANSWER/OBJECTION/RULING) - Implement a Q&A formatter following legal transcript conventions - Develop punctuation restoration, inverse text normalization, and legal entity normalization processes - Implement hot-word biasing logic in collaboration with Speech Engineer - Build a FastAPI backend for model serving - Deploy models using Docker and orchestrate them with Redis/Celery for batch processing - Develop a web-based review UI with audio playback and confidence highlighting - Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems - Ensure fully offline, air-gapped deployment with zero external calls

Required: - 5+ years of experience in NLP engineering and deploying ML systems - Experience in training language models, both n-gram and neural networks - Hands-on experience with fine-tuning transformer classifiers such as BERT/DeBERTa - Proficiency in FastAPI, Docker, and model serving (vLLM, Triton, or similar) - Ability to build a functional web UI or manage a frontend contractor - Strong Python engineering and system design skills Additional Company Details: NeuraNx.ai is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in AI-powered products and cloud solutions.
