: Position: Front End Developer

: 8-12 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8 to 12 years of hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and .NET technologies to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, while adhering to modern software development practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, mentoring abilities, and a passion for clean, efficient code.

: • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and leveraging .NET Core/.NET 6 APIs. • Architect and implement secure, maintainable, and scalable front-end solutions. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces. • Consume, and integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services. • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through optimization techniques and code refactoring. • Drive code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. • Work alongside DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges. • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to improve product quality continuously and development processes.

: • 8 to 12 years of professional experience in application development. • Expert proficiency in React.js with solid experience in TypeScript and Next.js. • Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux (or NgRx for Angular equivalents). • Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library. • Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and experience with CSS Frameworks such as Tailwind, Material, or Bootstrap • Experience working with React Component Libraries such as Mantine or ShadCN • Experience using and implementing Storybook • Proven experience implementing and working with Microservices Architecture. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
