📍 Gurugram (On-site) 🕒 Full-Time 📅 Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 👨💻 Experience: 3–5 Years 💰 Salary: ₹6 LPA+ (Based on Skills & Experience) We're looking for a Frontend WordPress Developer who can transform high-fidelity Figma designs into modern, fast, responsive, production-ready websites. This is not a maintenance or content-entry role. You'll be working on custom websites for brands across the globe, collaborating directly with designers to create polished digital experiences with strong attention to detail, performance, and motion.
What You'll Do
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites
Build responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Develop custom WordPress themes and components
Implement advanced animations and interactions using GSAP
Build AJAX-powered page transitions and dynamic experiences
Work extensively with ACF for flexible content management
Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO
Perform cross-browser and responsive QA testing
Collaborate closely with designers to maintain design fidelity
Strong understanding of WordPress theme development
Good working knowledge of PHP within WordPress
Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready websites
Experience with GSAP (ScrollTrigger, ScrollSmoother, timelines, etc.)
Experience with AJAX-powered websites and interactions
Strong experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
Experience optimizing websites for performance and Core Web Vitals
Familiarity with modern frontend workflows and build tools
Strong understanding of responsive design principles
Ability to work with custom themes, page builders, or a hybrid approach depending on project
requirements
Nice to Have
Experience working with creative or digital agencies
Familiarity with Git
Experience collaborating directly with designers
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
Portfolio showcasing premium, design-led, or animation-rich websites
