You'll work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, AI Engineers, and Backend Developers to build immersive digital experiences for AI-powered platforms and enterprise applications. Top 6 Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) React.js, Next.js & TypeScript Strong hands-on experience building production-grade web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript , with expertise in scalable frontend architecture, reusable components, and modern development practices. Three.js & Interactive 3D Experiences (Mandatory) Proven hands-on experience developing interactive 3D web applications using Three.js . Candidates must have experience creating immersive WebGL experiences, interactive visualizations, and engaging digital interfaces. A portfolio showcasing Three.js projects is mandatory. Responsive UI Development & Tailwind CSS Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS , responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready user interfaces. Frontend Architecture & API Integration Strong understanding of component-based architecture, REST API integration, authentication flows, asynchronous programming, state management, and scalable frontend engineering practices. GSAP & Motion Design Hands-on experience creating premium animations and interactive user experiences using GSAP . Ability to combine GSAP with Three.js to build smooth, high-performance, visually engaging interfaces. Performance, Accessibility & Engineering Quality Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals , SEO fundamentals, accessibility (WCAG), frontend optimization, debugging, browser performance, and writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
