Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop e-commerce UI based on provided designs or mockupsModify existing UI to meet the clients
requirements
- Add new UI components that can be customized by the client through Hybris SmartEdit
- Code is driven for performance, quality, and SEO
- Write accessible HTML code that meets WCAG 2.0 Level AA criteria
- Ensure that your code works in every browser and device required by the customer
- Use a continuous improvement approach, refactoring code when needed and reducing technical debt
- Keep the projects documentation up-to-date
- Use SAFe (Agile), GitFlow, and Pivotrees CI/CD workflow in all the development process
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Business Analyst to refine and estimate the Product Backlog
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and have a proactive attitude
Support other developers and review and help to improve their code
Support the QA team during the testing processKeep your HTML, CSS, and JS knowledge up-to-date Must Have Key Skills and CompetenciesAt least 1 year of experience with Hybris SpartacusAt least 3 years of experience with Typescript, Angular and RxJSAt least 5 years of experience in building user interfaces using HTML 5, CSS 3, and consuming JSON web services via AJAX.Experience with precompiled CSS using LESS or SASS, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, TachyonsBasic knowledge of server-side technologies such as NodeJs.Strong skills in time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detailExperience with code and issue management software like Git and JIRAExperience working with Agile MethodologiesDegree in Computer Science, or Information Technology, Graphic Design or equivalentGood verbal and written communication in EnglishSenior Front End Developer
