VIP Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic MERN Stack Development Trainer to train students, graduates, and working professionals in modern web application development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in the MERN Stack and a passion for teaching through practical, hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and online training on MERN Stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
Teach HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.
Guide students in developing real-world full-stack applications and capstone projects.
Explain concepts such as REST APIs, authentication, authorization, JWT, CRUD operations, database integration, and deployment.
Create lesson plans, presentations, assignments, coding exercises, and assessment materials.
Monitor student progress and provide technical mentoring and career guidance.
Assist students with resume preparation, portfolio development, mock interviews, and placement readiness.
Stay up to date with the latest web development technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
