: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain scalable, secure, cloud-native web applications across the full technology stack. This role involves working with React, Node.js, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL and AWS within a microservices architecture. The individual will contribute to technical design, lead complex problem-solving, mentor colleagues, and embed AI-assisted development practices to enhance delivery quality and efficiency in an agile environment. ## What you’ll do • Deliver full-stack solutions, taking features from concept through to production and ongoing support. • Develop responsive and accessible front-end applications using React, Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. • Build robust back-end services and RESTful APIs using C#/.NET. • Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas and queries to ensure performance, integrity and security. • Deploy and manage applications on AWS using microservices architecture, CI/CD and containerisation practices. • Apply AI-assisted development tools across coding, testing, refactoring and review with appropriate validation. • Lead and participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to high engineering standards. • Contribute to architectural decisions and mitigate technical risks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business
