Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Lead Front-End Developer with extensive expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and in-depth knowledge of Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA). This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned professional capable of architecting and overseeing the development of scalable, high-performance, and visually compelling eCommerce solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of front-end engineers, foster best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs with back-end business logic while maintaining rigorous standards for code quality, accessibility, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership and Architectural Oversight • Define and drive the front-end architecture strategy for SFCC initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. • Provide leadership and mentorship to front-end development teams, instilling best practices around SFRA, modular design, and robust coding standards. • Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI design, back-end engineering, and quality assurance teams to translate business
