Powers My Biz (powersmy.biz) builds AI revenue funnels and agents for enterprise clients in healthcare, fintech, real estate, and financial services. PupilTree (pupiltree.ai) builds PupilSuite — AI-native tools for teachers, students, parents, and administrators. Same engineering bar, two very different sets of users. You'll ship into both. The role
You'll build products that combine LLM-powered workflows with robust, non-AI application logic — working directly with the founder, the tech lead, and product. Ambiguous
requirements
in, working systems out. Use AI coding tools to move fast, but know where shortcuts create long-term problems. The right engineer ships fast, hardens what they ship, and stops at "reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient" — not at "it works on my machine."
What you'll do
Ship full-stack features end to end: frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud.
Build systems where LLM workflows meet deterministic business logic, validations, and controls.
Use AI coding tools for speed — then review, fix, refactor, and productionize the output.
Cut latency, cost, and failure out of AI-backed products.
Turn one-off solutions into reusable components and platform building blocks.
Debug live issues to root cause and ship durable fixes, not patches.
What we're looking for
3–7 years shipping production-grade web applications or software products.
Strong across React / Next.js / TypeScript, Node.js or Python, REST/GraphQL, SQL & NoSQL, caching, queues, workers, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
Real fluency with LLM APIs, prompt workflows, structured outputs, RAG, orchestration, evaluation, fallback handling.
Production instincts: testing, observability, reliability, security, scalability, maintainability.
The ability to take rough or generated code and turn it into a clean, extensible system.
Experience with meaningful traffic, complexity, or scale — and the judgment to optimize for performance and cost.
Ownership. High accountability for outcomes, timelines, and quality, with limited hand-holding.
Nice to have
: startup or founder-led environments, internal platforms and tools, high-volume systems, integrations into CRMs, ERPs, telephony, or payments. This is not for you if • You want remote or hybrid. This one is onsite in Ballari, full stop. • You need pre-defined
