FullStack Engineer

We're looking for a full-stack Product Engineer who owns features end-to-end — from the Next.js/React UI through the .NET APIs to MongoDB. You'll ship real products to real customers, iterate fast, and use AI to move faster than a team twice your size. What You’ll Do Build features end-to-end ● Ship features across the stack: React/Next.js + TypeScript on the front, C#/.NET microservices on the back, MongoDB underneath. ● Contribute to feature design and technical trade-offs; turn product tickets into working, tested software in production. ● Integrate with vendor, payment, CMS, and messaging services (email/WhatsApp/push). AI-first (this is the bar, not a bonus) ● Use AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Codex etc.) fluently to ship faster - strong prompt instincts and the judgment to review what the AI produces rather than trust it blindly. Own your feature’s quality ● Own the quality of what you ship: write tests, catch your own bugs, and make sure it works in prod — not just on your machine. ● Care about UX and performance: responsive, accessible UI and Core Web Vitals on the customer funnel. Collaborate ● Work in Agile/Scrum on Jira; participate in code reviews; deploy across QA/UAT/prod on AWS ECS. ● Debug across environments and improve API performance. What You Must Have ● AI-first: you use AI coding assistants daily to ship faster, with a strong prompt-engineering instinct and the judgment to review AI output critically. ● 3–5 yrs building full-stack web products. ● Proficient in C#, .NET 8/10, ASP.NET Core — REST APIs, async/await, clean, testable code. ● Proficient in React/Next.js + TypeScript — you build production UI, not just wire up backends. ● Hands-on MongoDB (or another NoSQL). ● Git, Docker, CI/CD; solid OOP, SOLID, and debugging skills.

● React Native (our mobile app). ● Building LLM features — prompt design and guardrails (our assistant runs on Claude / Anthropic SDK). ● Tailwind CSS; PostgreSQL / Strapi (our CMS); GraphQL. ● Payments / 3DS, e-commerce or travel/OTA domain. ● Automated testing (Playwright, xUnit); AWS beyond ECS (S3, SQS/SNS); SonarCloud/Codacy.
