We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer / Full-Stack Software Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing responsive, scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications while working across front-end, back-end, and mobile development technologies. Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.
Build both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Convert UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
Integrate web and mobile applications with backend services and databases.
Design, develop, and maintain databases and database-driven applications.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
Implement authentication, authorization, security, and data protection practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors and performance issues.
Optimize websites and applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and responsiveness.
Conduct testing and ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform compatibility.
Work with Git/version-control systems and maintain proper code repositories.
Collaborate with designers, content teams, project managers, and other developers.
Participate in project planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Maintain technical documentation and project-related development records.
Stay updated with emerging web and mobile technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices.
Required Skills
Frontend / Web: • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript • Python • Responsive Web Design • Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage Mobile Development: • Flutter • Dart • Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications • Understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, state management, and API integration • Knowledge of publishing/deployment for Android and iOS is an advantage Backend: • Strong knowledge of at least one backend technology such as: • PHP • Node.js • Python • Laravel / CodeIgniter or similar frameworks • Experience in developing RESTful APIs • Experience integrating APIs with web and mobile applications Database: • MySQL / PostgreSQL or similar relational databases • Database design, queries, relationships, and optimization Tools & Practices: • Git / GitHub or similar version-control systems • Debugging and troubleshooting • API integration • Basic knowledge of deployment and hosting environments • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Preferred Skills • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Knowledge of Docker and deployment workflows. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with third-party payment gateway integrations. • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress. • Knowledge of SEO-friendly development and web performance optimization. • Experience with Firebase or similar backend/mobile services. • Knowledge of mobile application deployment and publishing. • Familiarity with native Android/iOS development is an added advantage. Eligibility • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in web, software, or mobile application development. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Good communication and project-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
