Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) | Frontend Heavy

We're building AI-powered assessment infrastructure used by schools, colleges, and coaching institutes across India, the UAE, and beyond. GradeLab is a small, fast-moving team and this hire will work directly with the founders on product that reaches thousands of students and educators.

You'll primarily own the frontend, building polished, responsive SaaS interfaces from Figma to production, while comfortably jumping into backend APIs and integrations when needed. This is not a ticket-driven role. You'll think like a product builder, take end-to-end ownership of features, and care about the user experience at the pixel level. What you'll build React.js dashboards and user flows with real attention to UX detail, REST APIs with Node.js and Express, PostgreSQL schemas and queries, third-party and AI API integrations, and features that go from requirement to production in tight cycles.

1 to 4 years of experience (strong freshers with compelling projects are welcome). Solid command of React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and REST API integration. Comfortable with MongoDB or PostgreSQL, Git workflows, and basic deployment. Someone who notices when a loading state is missing and fixes it without being asked. Bonus if you've worked on SaaS products, analytics dashboards, RBAC, payment integrations, or AI-powered apps. Stack: React, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL / MongoDB, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
