About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Principal Staff Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and development of highly scalable, cloud-native applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in full-stack development, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to influence engineering direction across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust backend services, modern frontend applications, and scalable cloud solutions while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed, cloud-native systems on AWS.
- Drive technical architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices across teams.
- Build secure, resilient, and highly available backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Design and optimize relational databases with MySQL, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Identify and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
