We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Team Lead Backend Developer to lead our backend development team and take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies, along with proven experience in team leadership, code reviews, architecture, and project delivery.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend developers.Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.Design efficient database structures, schemas, queries, and indexing strategies using MongoDB.Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, security guidelines, and development processes.Take ownership of backend architecture, technical decisions, and system design.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, product managers, and other stakeholders.Break down business

into technical tasks and assign them effectively to team members.Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and ensure timely delivery.Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and database efficiency.Work with caching technologies such as Redis where required.Design and implement integrations with third-party APIs and external services.Participate in deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and incident resolution.Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, error handling, and security practices.Conduct technical discussions, interviews, and evaluations for backend development candidates.Stay updated with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, architecture patterns, and industry best practices.
