: Develop and maintain integrations using NetBox REST APIs. Automate creation and updates of devices, IP addresses, racks, VLANs, and circuits. Integrate NetBox with · CMDB tools · Monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, SolarWinds · CI/CD pipelines · Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) · Network automation tools (Ansible, Nornir, etc.) · Build middleware services or microservices interacting with NetBox APIs 1.Custom Plugin Development · Design and develop custom NetBox plugins · Extend NetBox data models and UI where required · Implement custom validation logic and workflows · Maintain compatibility during NetBox upgrade 2.Infrastructure Automation · Develop Python-based automation scripts for · Device onboarding · IP address allocation · VLAN provisioning · Rack capacity management · Implement Infrastructure-as-Code workflows leveraging NetBox as Source of Truth · Enable automated configuration generation from NetBox data 3.Data Synchronization & Governance · Ensure data integrity between NetBox and external systems · Design synchronization logic using webhooks and API polling · Implement validation and audit mechanisms · Support data migration and bulk data imports · Performance & Optimization Primary Skills: · Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) REST APIs & JSON Django basics (NetBox is Django-based) · Hands-on experience with NetBox data models (DCIM, IPAM, virtualization, circuits) Webhooks and API token authentication Git-based version control · Solid understanding of Networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, BGP, routing basics) Data center infrastructure (racks, devices, power feeds) Virtualization and cloud fundamentals Secondary Skills · Experience in JIRA/Netbox/Kestra API. Experience on virtualization technologies (Vmware, VME)
