We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Software Developer with hands-on experience in Ruby, Python, and modern JavaScript frontend frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, building robust REST APIs, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment. Must Have • 2.5–4 years of software development experience. • Hands-on experience with Ruby, Python, and Ruby on Rails. • Experience with any JavaScript-based frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.). • Strong knowledge of REST API development and JSON. • Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL. • Proficiency in Git and Linux. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.

: • Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.). • Experience with application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices. • Exposure to deployment and cloud-based environments. • Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
