and industry-relevant learning. Role Description: The Freelance Python Programming Trainer will deliver instructor-led training sessions to learners at Noida location in a part-time, on-site capacity. Daily
responsibilities
include planning and conducting Python classes, explaining core and advanced programming concepts, and demonstrating practical applications through live coding and projects. Additional tasks involve mentoring participants, clarifying doubts, providing feedback on performance, and supporting them in building strong programming fundamentals and job-ready skills.
Qualifications
: • Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core syntax, data structures, object-oriented concepts, and commonly used libraries. • Experience with software development practices such as debugging, version control (e.g., Git), testing, and code documentation. • Ability to design clear, structured training content, including lesson plans, slides, exercises, and hands-on projects. • Demonstrated classroom or corporate training experience, with skills in explaining complex topics in an accessible, engaging manner. • Familiarity with related domains such as data analysis, web development frameworks (e.g., Django/Flask), or automation using Python is an advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Python or software development are preferred. • Comfort working with diverse groups of learners and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices. • Availability to conduct part-time, on-site sessions in Noida, including evenings or weekends as scheduled.
