Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Python, React JS, and MongoDB, coupled with strong exposure to AI-driven applications and end-to-end product development. The ideal candidate is a self-driven expert systems developer who can conceptualize, design, build, and scale complex applications independently, while adhering to modern SDLC practices and Agile methodologies. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to lead the development of scalable, intelligent, and cloud-native applications. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end full stack applications using Python, React JS, and MongoDB
- Build and integrate AI/ML-driven features into enterprise platforms (e.g., intelligent workflows, , Bot frameworks, Performance enhancements, LLM integrations, Resiliency patterns etc)
- Architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance microservices-based systems
- Own the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — from
