Part-Time Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead (React Native, React JS, Node.js, DevOps) – Ownership Role

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month We’re looking for an experienced developer who can take ownership of the entire technical side of the product, not just write code, but guide, review, and improve how things are built. This is a part-time role (3–4 hours/day), ideal for someone who wants to work closely with an early-stage startup and have real influence on decisions. What you’ll be doing: Review and improve code written by the team (React Native, React JS, Node.js) Take ownership of backend architecture and ensure scalability and clean structure Handle deployments, server management, and DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring, basic infra decisions) Identify performance issues, bugs, and gaps — and fix or guide the team to fix them Help in making technical decisions for features, architecture, and tools Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and reliability Step in when things break and take responsibility to get them back on track What we’re looking for: Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred) and backend systems Good understanding of React / React Native (enough to review and guide) Hands-on experience with deployment, servers, and DevOps workflows Comfortable working with MongoDB or similar databases Someone who thinks in systems, not just features Ability to work independently in new features without constant follow-ups.
