API Development • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for Guidewire Digital Portal applications. • Create and maintain API documentation and technical specifications. • Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and performant. Integration Development • Develop integrations between Guidewire core applications and external systems. • Work with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter integrations. • Implement data exchange and synchronization processes using Guidewire APIs and integration frameworks. Edge Services & Digital Platform • Work with Guidewire Edge/API architecture to extend and customize Digital Portal capabilities. • Develop and support Guidewire Digital Portal solutions using Jutro Development Platform (JDP). • Collaborate with UI teams to enable seamless frontend-backend interactions. Performance & Security • Optimize application performance and API response times. • Follow secure coding practices and data protection standards. • Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes. Collaboration • Work closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and development teams. • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Mandatory Skills • Strong experience with Jutro Development Platform (JDP). • Strong experience in React.js and modern JavaScript development. • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. • Knowledge of Guidewire Digital Portal architecture. • Experience working with Guidewire Edge/API services. • Strong understanding of backend integration patterns and web services. Nice-to-Have Skills • Integration experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter. • Experience with Guidewire Cloud APIs. • Exposure to BillingCenter and ClaimCenter integrations. • Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architecture.
