Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native + iOS)

Job Title: Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native + iOS) Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 5 to 8 years Function: Mobile Engineering PeopleCap is hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer for a wealth management platform in Mumbai building a high-performance, customer-facing mobile application. This is a core product engineering seat, not a services or staffing role. You will own mobile architecture decisions and ship to real users on both stores. What you will work on: - Mobile architecture: modularisation, navigation, and state management for a scalable cross-platform app - React Native development as the primary stack, with hands-on native iOS work (Swift/Objective-C) - Reusable UI components (styled-components) and collaboration with React JS web teams - API and backend integration (Kong or similar gateways), Firebase configuration - Release management on both App Store and Play Store - Feature flagging (Flagsmith/Unleash), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), performance monitoring

: - 5 to 8 years in frontend or mobile development - Minimum 2 years of strong production React Native experience - Minimum 2 years of native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) - Solid grounding in mobile performance optimisation and testing frameworks - Experience shipping and managing releases on the App Store and Play Store - Fintech, wealth, or regulated-industry exposure is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
