requires strong knowledge of engineering drawing, manual drafting, AutoCAD 2D and 3D tools, CNC programming, VMC operations, milling, turning and manufacturing feasibility.

and Accountabilities (KRAs): • Create 2D drawings and 3D models for prototypes, brand merch, artefacts, product components, fixtures, moulds and CNC/VMC parts. • Convert sketches, references, rough concepts and physical samples into engineering drawings and 3D designs. • Support CNC/VMC programming and operations for milling and turning using simulators, G-code, M-code, tool paths, feeds, speeds, work offsets and tool offsets. • Coordinate with CNC, VMC, 3D printing, moulding and fabrication vendors/teamnfor execution, feasibility checks and production corrections. • Review physical prototypes and make required design corrections. • Support development of new product prototypes, innovative artefacts, brand merchandise and in-house prototyping capabilities.

: • Relevant experience of 3+ years in 3D modelling, CAD design, product design, industrial design, prototyping or manufacturing design. • Strong proficiency in 3D modelling tools such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, ZBrush, Inventor, CATIA or similar software. • Strong understanding of 3D printing, CNC machining and mould-making

. • Knowledge of materials used in prototyping such as PLA, ABS, PETG, resin, nylon, TPU, acrylic, MDF, wood, aluminium, brass, silicone and casting materials. • Good aesthetic sense for premium brand merchandise and artefacts. • Strong attention to detail, visualisation ability, problem-solving skills and ownership.
