About the Role
: We are looking for a highly curious, end-to-end Product Designer 2 to join our growth-focused product team. In this role, you won't just be making things look beautiful; you will own the entire design lifecycle—from deep user research and product strategy to seamless UX architectures and high-fidelity UI execution. You possess a deep love for consumers and thrive on solving complex problems across diverse user personas while building for massive scale. Responsibilities
: • Product Strategy & Vision: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define product roadmaps. Translate complex business goals into simple, scalable, and intuitive design strategies. • User Research & Insights: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and data analysis. Synthesize findings into actionable user personas, journey maps, and growth opportunities. • End-to-End UX/UI Design: Own the full execution of features from wireframes, user flows, and information architecture to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs and interactive prototypes. • Design Systems & Scalability: Contribute to and champion our global design system. Ensure all designs are component-driven, responsive, and optimized for scalability across Web, Android, and iOS. • Growth & Experimentation: Design continuous micro-experiments, growth loops, and A/B test variations aimed at optimizing core metrics like acquisition, activation, and retention. • Competitive Benchmarking: Maintain a sharp eye on international product trends, clean visual aesthetics, and modern interaction patterns, constantly pushing our product's visual bar higher.
