Product Design Engineer

Almatin Speciality Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Design Engineer to lead the development of next-generation Ionising & Non-Ionising Radiation Shielding Solutions, Medical Infrastructure Products, and Specialized Engineering Systems. This is not a conventional design role. We are seeking a product innovator who can take ownership of the complete product lifecycle—from concept and engineering to prototyping, validation, and commercialization.

✔ Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production ✔ Design innovative medical, RF shielding, EMI shielding, and radiation protection products ✔ Create advanced 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and technical documentation ✔ Work closely with manufacturing, project, and installation teams to ensure successful product realization ✔ Drive product performance, reliability, compliance, usability, and premium industrial design aesthetics ✔ Participate in prototyping, testing, validation, and continuous product improvement ✔ Convert complex engineering challenges into practical, manufacturable solutions Who We're Looking For

(Mandatory) M.Tech / M.E. / MS in: • Mechanical Engineering • Product Design • Biomedical Engineering • Medical Device Engineering • Or equivalent postgraduate qualification Experience (Mandatory) • 3–4+ years of product design experience in the Medical Industry after post-graduation • Proven track record of developing commercial products from concept to deployment
