Job Description
Title: Product Designer II (Founding Team) Department: Product & Design Location: Hyderabad/ Hybrid Experience: 3–6 Years
About the Company
& Mission We are a fast-growing, consumer-facing technology company dedicated to strengthening human relationships and deepening personal connections. By combining beautifully crafted, interactive e-invitations with an advanced AI-powered gifting companion, we make it effortless for people to celebrate major milestones and show up for the moments that matter most. As our second design hire, you will join our founding team during a critical phase of hyper-growth. You will have a direct hand in shaping our product ecosystem, design culture, and user experience from day one.
Role Overview
As a Product Designer II, you will own product verticals end-to-end. You will collaborate directly with the Founders, Product Management, and Engineering to transform ambiguous user pain points into highly polished, intuitive, and production-ready digital experiences. We operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment. This role requires a unique blend of strategic product thinking, flawless visual execution, and a strict requirement for having previously shipped live, production-grade digital products to real users within a startup environment. Core
Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Design: Lead the entire design lifecycle, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and developer handoff. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints, review builds, and conduct frontend design QA to ensure shipped code matches your design intent. Feature Strategy: Translate business objectives and complex AI logic into simple, seamless user flows that drive core consumer metrics (engagement, conversion, and retention). Speed & Quality Balance: Navigate the trade-offs between shipping a scrappy, functional MVP to gather user data versus executing highly polished, pixel-perfect design. Technical & Design
