: —2-3 years of experience —Carried out at least 2-3 Major products from ideation till launch - Web or App —B2B and/or B2C experience in Edtech or Property tech industry (preferred) —Analytical and Technical Mindset (use data and Customer insights) —User's Advocate - Thinking like a user and thinking of a user, modern design thought process —Team collaboration experience with product managers, tech, QA, and marketing —Has experience with User research, user persona mapping, empathy mapping, user journeys, Lo-fi and Hi-Fi wireframing and design, and prototyping - for ideas and features quickly —UI/UX principles and aesthetics —Tools like Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Miro —A self-driven approach should always try to improve on the designs through constant research —Hands-on experience in design utilizing Human-centered design —Help and maintain visual and brand consistency between all product features and outlets (platforms) —Brainstorming and ideation exercises with stakeholders and related leaders in the organization.
