Your design decisions will shape one of the most frequently used digital experiences in the country. Who Will Do Well A mature designer who brings structural clarity to ambiguity and strong craft to complexity. You move comfortably from framing user problems to high-fidelity execution, think in scalable systems, and raise the quality of every product conversation you join.
What You Will Do
- Own core commerce journeys: Act as design owner for end-to-end commerce and discovery experiences. Identify the right problems to solve and turn complex machine-learning capabilities into interfaces that feel simple and natural.
- Stay hands-on, think in systems: Work across user flows, interaction frameworks, layouts and high-fidelity prototypes, while keeping an eye on scalability and a high bar for craft.
- Influence across functions: Partner as a peer with Product, Engineering, Data and Research to balance user intuition with business goals.
- Build and mentor: Set up design frameworks and processes, and lead a team of mid-level and junior interaction and visual designers.
- Be a design champion: Advocate user-centred design across the wider organisation and represent the team's innovations at design forums and industry conferences. What You Bring
