UI UX Manager

As Manager - UI/UX, you will: • Oversee & respond to client briefs by reframing it to focus on the user. • Research the industry & out-of-category domains. • Identify valuable user insights that will direct the team. • Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your deliverables. • Plan, manage and/or execute user studies and reporting. • Evaluate, map and enable the creation of design systems. • Proactively identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. • Visualise UI/UX artifacts into client-facing formats. • Map & prototype digital products. • Generate design ideas and delegate these to the team. • Quality check team output and provide feedback. • Communicate & co-ordinate with the designers; Data & SEO analysts; Front-end and Back-end Developers. Essentials: • 6+ years of UI/UX design and research experience. Experience in researching and designing complex solutions for/within complete digital environments. • A keen understanding & experience with user-centred design methodologies & frameworks. Has hands on experience in mobile applications, ecommerce content. • Managed a team of minimum 3-4 members • Good understanding of UI design principles, processes and design systems, and knowledge on mobile-first and responsive design. • Expertise in modern UX design & related software such as Adobe XD, Creative Cloud Libraries, Protopie and the like. • Knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, Hotjar, Pastel, InVision, Marvel, Zeplin, InVision Studio. • Basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and website testing knowledge. Knowledge on the process of app development, testing & user feedback. • Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients
