As a UX/UI Designer (Product Designer) at Dell Technologies in Singapore (near Jurong), you will be leading the user experiences for AI-enabled digital solutions within the Global Product Compliance Engineering and Environment Affairs team.

Here is what you will achieve: • *User Research & Discovery** - Lead user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviors, pain points, and regulatory-driven constraints - Synthesize research findings into user archetypes, journey maps, and problem statements - Collaborate with stakeholders to frame design problems and validate assumptions early • *AI-Enabled Experience & Interaction Design** - Design how end users interact with AI outputs within regulatory workflows - Define context scenarios, user stories, and experience narratives - Describe system capabilities, functional
