We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design intuitive user experiences and develop responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate will combine strong design thinking with front-end development expertise to create visually appealing, user-centric, and high-performing web applications.

: • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces that align with product goals and user needs. • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable, and interactive web applications. • Develop and maintain reusable front-end components using modern frameworks and best practices. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Work across multiple customer projects built on a common product platform, ensuring consistency and adaptability in design and development. • Coordinate effectively with offshore teams, including accommodating some flexibility in working hours when required for collaboration. • Conduct usability testing and implement iterative design improvements based on user feedback and analytics. • Maintain consistency with branding guidelines and design systems across all customer implementations. • Participate in design reviews and proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall product usability and user experience. Job Specifications: • Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. • Proven portfolio showcasing design projects and responsive web applications. • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. • Flexibility to accommodate overlapping hours with US-based teams when required.
