While you'll work closely with designers, engineers and brand partners, you'll be the dedicated UI specialist responsible for driving the visual evolution of our product. You'll have the opportunity and responsibility to shape how millions of members experience Tide every day. This isn't about redesigning for the sake of it. It's about identifying thoughtful, high-impact opportunities to refine, modernise and elevate the interface while strengthening usability, accessibility and brand perception.

: • Work within the Design Systems team to evolve our visual language, components and patterns. • Refine our colour palette, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy to create a more polished, modern and distinctive product experience. • Identify opportunities across the app where thoughtful UI improvements can make the experience feel more intuitive, contemporary and premium. • Lead UI-focused initiatives that strengthen how members perceive the Tide brand through the product experience. • Create compelling visual concepts and prototypes that clearly communicate your ideas. • Build strong narratives around design decisions, influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Brand and Design. • Balance aesthetic excellence with usability, accessibility and technical feasibility. • Champion high standards of visual craft through reviews, feedback and collaboration.
