 Design Mastery: Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products, ideally in complex software, enterprise, or B2B environments. Your portfolio shows strong hands-on execution as well as the ability to think across broader product ecosystems. Figma Expertise: Strong practical expertise with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design libraries. You are able to create meaningful concepts quickly - from rough idea to interactive flow.  AI Curiosity: Strong interest and experience in evolving traditional design workflows through the thoughtful use of AI. You are curious about and gained first experience in using AI-supported and agentic workflows to improve speed, iteration, and design effectiveness.  Technical Literacy: You should be familiar with front-end technologies for web and mobile such as HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, with Blazor as a plus, and be able to work confidently with engineering teams while understanding the constraints and possibilities of modern software development.  User-Centric Mindset: You care deeply
