Product Designer (Full-Stack UX/UI Designer)

Job Title: Product Designer (Full-Stack UX/UI Designer) Equity-Based Location: Remote (India) / Hybrid Commitment: Part-time (20 25 Hours/Week) | Founding Team | Equity-Based As a Product Designer , you will own the complete user experience across HiWoxs digital ecosystem. This is not a UI-only role were looking for a full-stack UX/UI designer who can simplify complex healthcare data into intuitive, engaging, and human-centered experiences.

Design HiWoxs Core Product Experience • Design the complete user experience for the HiWox ecosystem, including the mobile application, consultant dashboard, corporate dashboard, admin platform, and future AI-powered healthcare products. • Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, scalable, and consumer-grade digital experiences. Design the DHI Dashboard • Design HiWoxs Digital Health Intelligence (DHI) Dashboard , transforming 9-domain wellness scores, compliance heatmaps, biometric trends, lifestyle insights, and health risk indicators into interfaces that are easy for consultants and users to understand and act upon. • Create data visualizations that simplify complex health information while maintaining clinical accuracy. Design the Captain Accountability Experience • Design the complete HiWox Captain workflow, including: • Daily accountability check-ins • In-app evidence submission (meal photos, workout videos, reports) • Habit tracking • Reminder and notification flows • Progress review screens • Communication workflows that reduce dependence on WhatsApp Design Client Transformation Journeys • Build engaging mobile-first experiences for: • Daily micro-action tracking • Wellness rituals • Habit formation • Progress visualization • Goal tracking • Achievement badges • Streak mechanics • Personalized wellness recommendations Design Video Consultation Experience • Design seamless consultation workflows including: • Session scheduling • Session entry screens • DHI pre-loaded consultation dashboard • Real-time biometric visualization during consultations • Post-session action plans • Wellness ritual generation • Follow-up workflows Design Employer Analytics • Design enterprise dashboards that provide: • Department-wise DHI analytics • Population health trends • Wellness program performance • Cohort comparisons • Risk segmentation • Ensure dashboards maintain complete employee privacy by displaying aggregate insights without exposing individual health records. Design System Ownership • Build and maintain HiWoxs complete design system including: • Component libraries • Design tokens • Typography • Color systems • Responsive layouts • Accessibility guidelines • Mobile and web consistency • Ensure scalability across React Native mobile applications and web platforms. Who Should Apply • Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. • 3 5 years of experience designing digital products that have successfully launched in production. • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking not just visual design. • Experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) mobile applications with excellent UX. • Bonus if youve worked in HealthTech, FitnessTech, Wellness, Digital Healthcare, or EdTech . • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
