the role
involves • Designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplaces • Creating multiple variations for testing, not just one final design • Building offer-led creatives (discounts, bundles, urgency-based communication) • Designing website banners, landing sections, and sale assets • Supporting execution during sale periods with quick turnaround times • Working closely with marketing and developers to ensure things go live smoothly How we work • Fast turnaround is expected most work is same-day or short TAT • We focus heavily on testing and iteration • Priorities can shift quickly, especially during sale cycles • AI tools are used actively to speed up output (Midjourney, DALLE, Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
What were looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Prior experience working with D2C or ecommerce brands
- Someone who can deliver quickly without getting stuck on perfection
- Understanding of what works in performance marketing creatives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure setup
