Our goal is simple: • Make students enjoy learning math • Help them improve faster with adaptive intelligence Inspired by platforms like Duolingo, we combine: • Gamification • AI • Strong product thinking We are an early-stage startup focused on building something students love and parents trust.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who thinks like a product builder. This is not just a UI role. You will: • Design the complete learning experience (onboarding → mastery) • Focus heavily on engagement and retention Your work will directly impact: • Whether students come back daily • Whether they enjoy learning What You’ll Do Product & Experience Design • Design end-to-end user journeys (student + parent) • Create onboarding, learning flows, and progression systems • Convert product ideas into intuitive user experiences Gamification Design (Core) • Design XP systems, levels, streaks, and rewards • Build leaderboards and challenge experiences • Create engagement loops that drive daily usage UI Design & Prototyping • Design clean, mobile-first interfaces (age 8–15) • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes (Figma) • Maintain consistency with a scalable design system Interaction Design • Design feedback systems for better user experience • Reduce friction and improve engagement • Ensure smooth and intuitive navigation Collaboration • Work closely with the developer for implementation • Iterate based on user feedback and product metrics What We’re Looking For • 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX / Product Design • Strong portfolio showcasing: • User flows • Product thinking • Mobile app design • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) • Understanding of user behavior and engagement
