Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma (wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes). Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Create responsive designs optimized for web and mobile platforms. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. Advanced proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and design systems). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts. Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience working in agile environments with product and engineering teams.
