Senior UX/UI Designer

: • This role will primarily focus on creating high quality UI designs mock-ups and visual assets for interactive products in the surgical operating room. • Translate product

and user flows into intuitive, aesthetically appealing interfaces across both physical and digital touchpoints. • Develop concepts and rapid prototypes for the purposes of better understanding the product needs, testing hypotheses and the establishment of product

. • Partner and communicate with technical SW development engineers throughout development to launch. • Evaluate and test the functional implementation of the design and provide feedback to development engineers. • Participate in design reviews, communicate design concepts to key stakeholders, contribute to roadmap planning, and sprint planning. • Be an organizational advocate for Design, design process and design thinking

: • Bachelor’s Degree Interaction Design (IxD), User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, or related discipline. • 3+ years of professional experience • A portfolio that demonstrates competency in, UX/ UI methodologies, and experience from concept through to commercialized product execution. • Proficient in Figma. • Demonstrated experience of working with software development process. • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with marketing teams, software engineers and other development team members. • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as reading comprehension
