Experience : 7 Years Location : Hyderabad Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Mode of Work : Hybrid (3 Days office & 2 Days WFH) :

: - 7 years of UX research experience supporting enterprise SaaS or complex B2B software products. - Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Experience conducting moderated interviews, usability testing, generative research, and survey analysis. - Solid analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Experience working in Agile product development environments. - Ability to influence product decisions through evidence-based research. - Strong collaboration skills with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

: - Experience researching procurement, supply chain, finance, ERP, or other enterprise workflows. - Experience working with globally distributed product teams. - Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools and research operations. - Experience building or scaling a UX research practice. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related field. Success in This Role : - Establish research as a trusted input into product decision-making. - Deliver actionable customer insights that improve product usability and adoption. - Build a repeatable research practice that scales across multiple product teams. - Strengthen collaboration between Product, Engineering, and UX. - Help elevate the overall UX maturity of the organization. .
